A refresh, scoped to what the room actually needs
Most kitchens and baths do not need a gut. They need the right changes: paint, hardware, lighting, a countertop or a floor. We start with a walkthrough, write the scope, and build exactly that.
We focus on cosmetic refreshes and targeted remodels. Structural and permitted work is referred to licensed trades we coordinate.
